Fees vary by course type and duration.

  • General English (15 hrs/week): £270 (1 week), £2,990 (13 weeks), £9,120 (48 weeks).
  • Intensive English (25 hrs/week): £390 (1 week), £4,550 (13 weeks), £14,880 (48 weeks).
  • IELTS Preparation (AM/PM): same rate as General English.
  • General English + IELTS (AM & PM): £480 (1 week), £5,460 (26 weeks), £8,580 (48 weeks).

All prices are in GBP and do not include accommodation for academic-year courses.

  • General English (15 hrs/week): £600 (2 weeks), £900 (3 weeks), £1,200 (4 weeks).
  • Intensive English (25 hrs/week): £840 (2 weeks), £1,260 (3 weeks), £1,680 (4 weeks).
  • English 19 hrs + Activities + Lunches (July only): £920 (2 weeks), £1,380 (3 weeks), £1,840 (4 weeks).
  • Oxford Illuminated (CLIL) 25 hrs + Lunches (July only): £1,160 (2 weeks).

  • Academic Year: Two activities per week (1 free + 1 optional paid), e.g. Cream Tea, college visits, ice skating.
  • Summer Courses: Free social, cultural, and sports activities 2–3 days per week, plus optional Saturday excursions (£70 per trip).

No – these are optional add-ons. Airport transfers cost £180–£240 each way, and insurance is £20 per week.

All course fees include:

  • Welcome pack and orientation
  • Online placement test / interview
  • Free Wi-Fi and refreshments
  • End-of-course certificate (90% attendance required)
  • Acceptance and visa invitation letters
  • Study report (for long-term students)
  • General English: £250 (5 hrs) | £500 (10 hrs)
  • Academic English: £325 (5 hrs) | £650 (10 hrs)

These can be added to standard courses or booked independently (in person or online).

  • Academic Year: Students may begin on any Monday, except UK bank holidays.

    CIE closes during Christmas (21 Dec 2026 – 1 Jan 2027), Easter (3 & 6 Apr 2026), and spring bank holidays (4 & 25 May 2026).

  • Summer Courses: Run from 6 July to 31 August 2026.

Complete the online application form and pay the registration and accommodation fees to secure your place. Tuition and accommodation balances are normally due before arrival. Bank fees (£12) apply to international payments.
