I'm an Agent/ Group leader - how do we work together?

Agents and Group Leaders are an important part of CIE Oxford. Please get in touch with us if you are interested in being either an agent for us or if you would like to bring a group of students.

Agents

Our Agents are responsible for initially building the bridge between the school and our students and are therefore very important to us.

If you are an educational agent and wish to join our team, we want to hear from you. So, please contact us for more details about our Agents Agreement.

Arranging study abroad trips, particularly involving young people, can be a big task – we are here to support as much as we can.

Please also read the Group Leaders section below, since it contains valuable information for you and/or the leaders you send with any groups.

Group Leaders

Groups are an integral part of the success of CIE and as such, we highly value them. We want to ensure an enjoyable stay for you and your group. The role of the group leader is a very important one, as they help the students adapt to the new environment and help them benefit from a variety of experiences on offer. In order for you and your students to have a clear picture of what you can expect, we can provide all the necessary forms. Please email enquiries@cie-oxford.com for more information. We would be grateful if you could familiarise yourself with its contents and explain or translate any areas that your students may have difficulty with.

Group leaders can enjoy the following perks:

For every ten (10) students, there will be a free space for one leader. CIE are happy to offer each of these leaders free:

  • lessons at their level (if classes exist at their level).
  • single room accommodation (this will be recalculated if the group is less than 10).
  • activities during the week (accompanying their students).
  • excursions at the weekend (accompanying their students).

For any other questions, please email us directly - enquiries@cie-oxford.com
