The charity course is for students who want more than a General English course.
This course is an excellent opportunity to learn English whilst gaining valuable skills in research, presentation skills and event organisation.
Impress future employers and universities by showing that you have the ability to use your English practically and in challenging situations.
The 3 week course includes General English classes in the morning for 3 hours and then 2 hours of charity focused classes in the afternoon.
The morning General English classes offer you the chance to study 3 hours of English. For the first 2 hours we work with a course book to enable you to improve the 4 main skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as grammar and vocabulary. The third hour focuses on practical English and study skills to help you use the English you have learnt.
Our group lessons are interactive, focused and with an emphasis on communication.
Due to the small size of the classes teachers can personalise the classes to suit your individual needs.
You will have homework most nights and you will have a test at the end of each week so you can monitor your progress.
The afternoon lessons will involve research and study about charities and fair trade.
